What happens after enrollment?
You’ll receive access to the training portal and onboarding instructions for your selected plan. Group Coaching members receive the weekly group call schedule. Private Mentorship clients arrange their 12 weekly one-on-one calls with Dr. Carter. Complete the exercises and bring your questions and implementation work to your calls.
What is the difference between group and private coaching?
Group Coaching provides weekly shared instruction, live Q&A, and feedback alongside other providers. Private Mentorship provides weekly 30-minute one-on-one calls, a personalized implementation plan, direct review of your practice’s work, and direct messaging with response expectations set at enrollment. Both include the same six-module curriculum.
Who handles implementation and marketing?
You, your team, or service providers you choose carry out the implementation. Dr. Carter provides education and coaching. This is not a done-for-you agency service.
Are there additional practice expenses?
Clinical products, supplies, separate procedural training, software, advertising, and outside services are not included in the program price. Your needs depend on what you already have in place.
How do the payment plans work?
Group Coaching is $7,000 paid in full or three monthly payments of $2,625 ($7,875 total). Private Mentorship is $15,000 paid in full or three monthly payments of $5,250 ($15,750 total). Installment plans begin at enrollment, with the remaining payments due one and two months later. Review your enrollment agreement and checkout schedule before paying.

If you complete the program requirements, launch your offer, and haven’t enrolled your first paying program patient within 30 days after launch, I’ll continue coaching you at no additional coaching charge until you do.
To qualify, your practice must be ready to deliver:
- Complete the assigned training and implementation work, and attend your scheduled coaching calls.
- Have your program, pricing, consultation process, and payment options ready.
- Have the products or reliable product access, supplies, qualified personnel, and required clinical training in place to deliver your services.
- Launch and maintain the advertising and patient outreach plan agreed upon during coaching, including the agreed advertising budget.
- Respond to leads, follow up, conduct consultations, and track your activity and results.
- Continue implementing the agreed action steps while receiving extended coaching.
The 30-day window begins when your program is ready to deliver and your agreed marketing is live—not when you enroll in the training. We’ll document your launch date and readiness together.
A first paid program means a patient enrolls in your agreed regenerative program and makes the required initial payment. This is a continued-coaching commitment, not a refund or a promise of a particular income or clinical outcome. Advertising, products, and other practice expenses remain your responsibility. The schedule and scope of extended coaching will be specified in your enrollment agreement.
